Omega Vert 350 Vertical Juicer Review

Hi guys!

omega vert 350 review

Omega Vert 350 Upright Juicer

It’s me again and I’m here to answer a question that a lot of our readers have been asking:

What’s the difference between the Omega Vert 350 vs. the Omega Vert 330?

So I had to channel my inner gumshoe and gathered info to enlighten our beloved followers. (You can visit their website by clicking here) So here’s what we found…

The Omega Vert 35o is the updated version of the Omega Vert 330. It has the same features as the earlier version except it has an upgraded fine strainer made up of high grade ULTEM material.

The smaller holes increase the efficiency of this masticating juicer by up to 20% compared to the earlier Vert330.

Omega Vert 350 vs. Omega Vert 330 Masticating Juicer

Omega Vert VRT350 Juicers is the new heavy duty version of the poplular Omega VRT330 juicers. The major difference is that the screen is now made out of the same GE ULTEM material as the auger, making it 8x stronger and durable.

Additionally, the design has been changed to accommodate a larger opening in both the screen and bowl. This makes the juicer less prone to clogging and produce less pulp than the orignial design.

Its low speed also helps Omega Vert VRT330 juicers foam less than a double gear style juicer, making clean up a whole lot easier. Heavy-duty Omega Vert VRT350 Juicers feature a patented, stone mill-like screw, made of GE’s ULTEM material, which is 8 times stronger than augers on other single auger .

The vertical design of this new juicer means it is less bulky than a juicer with a horizontal auger and will take up less space on the kitchen countertop. The auger of Omega Vert VRT330 Juicers Auger turns at a low 70 RPMs to ensure the maximum amount of goodness captured on your juice.

The Omega Vert 350 may be a bit pricy compared to its predecessor, the Vert 330, but it’s definitely more durable than the older version. It’s like getting a more reliable Vert330! We think that the Omega Vert 350 Heavy Duty Slow Juicer is a very wise investment if you have the cash to spare.

My husband and I are juicing every other day (large amounts). It is really a two-person job, but we enjoy it. This juicer is always getting clogged up as the hole for the remnants is tiny. We have to start with certain veggies/fruits first. It is a pain. The juicer also gets really hot after 30 minutes. We are on our second juicer as the other one quit working. As much as we juice, this is not a good juicer. My opinion only. I guess if people are just doing a little juice here and there, this could be a good juicer, but if you are serious about eating lots of fruits and veggies on a daily basis, it is not my choice. I am still on the hunt for a good one.

what is the best option – the Omega Vert 350 Heavy Duty Slow Juicer or the The Hurom HU-100 Slow Juicer?

Thanks for your assistance

Hi Mike!

I would have to say the Omega Vert 350 would definitely outclass the Hurom HU 100. Although the Omega 350 is a bit more expensive than Hurom, the quality of its components. Case in point is its GE ULTEM auger which makes it a lot more durable than other materials.

Hope this helped.

Sorry when I sent my message, some text was distaughted.

Should have read……to despair with operating and cleaning. I honestly couldn’t cope with having to stop……..

Hi Leanne,

Thank you for dropping a comment in our site. We surely love to help you.

You need a reliable juicer (judging at least from your comment above). And the good news is you don’t have to spend $2000 to get your hands on one. There are actually commercial masticating juicers that are available at very reasonable prices. One that comes to mind is the Omega J8006 masticating juicer. This juicer is amongst the most robust ones we have ever seen.

You can read our J8006 review here:

We have just put up a Valentines day Sales page and you might wanna check this out because the J8006 is on sale:

Hope that helped.

I’m investigating a juice extractor for vegetables and fruit. I have cancer and this juicer needs to give me the best nutritional results and not drive me to despair with operatinhaving leaning. I hone stung couldn’t cope having to stop and clean the machine during the juicing process, as described by one consumer who purchased the angel juicer.

I’ve investigated the Gerson diet and noted they promote the Norwalk juicer. Yes I did baulk at the price.

Your thoughts.

What’s your opinion.
